Steve offered design advice and knew the product lines thoroughly so I was able to make the best decision. We did shop around but the experience wasn’t the same - Steve provides an unmatched, high level of customer service and you can tell he really cares about his work. The floors look beautiful and they were done the next day! Awesome personality, my family and I felt like we’ve known him for years! No complaints about his team.
