In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing to replace an old roof. These guys are work horses."

"I am over the moon with Gibson. They did several quotes for me for different venting options and quoted new gutters. Then during the job something came up - the breezeway to the detached garage didn't have plywood. Gibson recommended about 10 sheets of plywood to allow the warranty to cover the roof. After a quick call to Gibson, they agreed to cover the roof with the warranty, but allow me to exclude the detached garage from the warranty and avoid the extra cost of 10 sheets of plywood. "Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!
