I reached out to the company just a few months after installation, and they came out once, claimed they made repairs--but nothing changed. Fast forward to the heavy storms in June and July 2025, and the problem became very clear: the gutters were never properly repaired and are now causing flooding, lower deck damage, and erosion around my home.
