"T Rock Roofing STOLE thousands of dollars from me. After my roof was done by this company, no invoice was sent. I spoke with two reps and they both said the quoted amount sent to me prior to service being done was the correct amount. After I wired the money, I reviewed the charges and Class 4 upgrades were on the quote. When I contacted T Rock, they immediately admitted that I was overcharged. Since then, the company has ignored my phone calls and texts about getting my money back. Twice promising a check would arrive by a certain date when I was able to get them to respond but no check has arrived. From my count there have been three occasions that I’ve been lied to. I will be filing a police report if this is not resolved soon."

"Brian with Roger The Roofer got in touch with me on the 24th. We texted back and forth about what was going on. He came out looked at the roof then sent me pictures of the damage gave me an estimate. He gave me a couple different options on how to get the damage fixed. I decided I would just go with Brian. He found out my original shingles were discontinued so I told him I don't care what color they are. So that was on Saturday the 25. On Monday the 27th he came out in the afternoon fixed my roof and was still there when I got home so I could pay him. He was GREAT. If I ever need any more roofing done, I will go back to Roger the Roofer. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me. The quote he gave me is the price I paid. "The job was a bit complicated and they did a pretty good job. The project manager was very intent to please, but time wise it was a small Desaster. Promises were not kept and it ended up taking almost a week longer than intended. Precautions were not taken to protect property from unexpected rain. In the end it turned out okay and I received a discount for the trouble. I didn’t come away unhappy!"
