"My house was hit hard by egg-sized hail in April 2021 so I called 3-4 roofers, including Roger the Roofer, shortly afterwards to assess the damage. Juston Preble with Roger the Roofer was the first to come and by far the most thorough in his inspection. He even used a drone to aerially photograph the roof so that physically getting on the roof wasn’t necessary – both for his own sake (steep slopes) and not causing further roof damage. The photos revealed the hail completely pierced the existing shingles exposing the underlayment in numerous places throughout the entire roof which meant my roof was at imminent risk of leaking. Of course, Juston already had quite a few roof replacements scheduled ahead of me but said he would be willing to call others ahead of me whose roof was not imminently at risk of leakage to see if they would be willing trade places on his schedule. Due to Roger the Roofer’s high rating in Angi, was recommended by my insurance company, and Juston’s very good first impression, I hired Roger the Roofer do my roof repair and gutter replacement. I was not disappointed. Thanks to Juston and his other client agreeing to trade places on his schedule, Juston was able to have my roof replaced the week following my first contact with him. Even though my existing roof didn’t have any turbo exhaust vents, Juston installed 3 of them with no upcharge in spite of not being covered by insurance. While the gutter replacement didn’t happen until some weeks later, that was expected. But similar to the vents upgrade, Juston offered to and did install upgraded gutter downspouts from what I had previously with no upcharge (and also not covered by insurance). Last but not least, once all the work was completed, Juston had someone come pressure wash my driveway to remove the marks the hail made at no extra charge. To say the least, I was very impressed with the quality of work Roger the Roofer did under Juston’s team and his willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely would hire him again (although I hope to not have to) and highly recommend his company."

"Jesse and his crew did a great job on my roof replacement. He personally made sure that all the work was done with great care and good quality. I recommend using Jesse for any roofing repair or replacement jobs. I’m addition, he is an excellent handyman for any side jobs you need help with."

"Sam Rogers has done three roofs for us, twice with storm damage and once when we bought a home in need of the new roof. He did all of the storm repairs when he did the roofs (gutters, AC repair, large fence repair, water remediation, etc.) Sam always took care of all of the repairs quickly and helped us with insurance challenges. Sam is a trained and licensed insurance adjuster and knows what insurance companies are looking for, and will be able to help with working through that complicated process. Sam also built a large patio for us at our previous house that we loved. He will make sure it is all done with quality, and you'll be satisfied when he's done."

"Very prompt to my repair needs. Had a leak in my flat aluminum roof. Returned my initial call with in 20 minutes. Was able to come out the same day. Gave me a good and fair estimate and started work on a Monday. Job was finished by Tuesday. Benjamin wants to do the job right the first time. Gave me a good warranty as well. Roof looks great! Will definitely use again. Thank you Benjamin."

"Tom Longville and New View Roofing were absolutely amazing throughout the process of our roof replacement. From the very beginning, Tom was communicative, candid and most importantly, kind and genuine. He was always prompt to respond to any of the many questions I had throughout the process. Tom showed true care for anything that I addressed and would bend over backwards to ensure I always had peace of mind. Hands down the best project manager I've ever worked with and a top-notch person. I've recommended multiple homeowners to New View Roofing over the past few weeks and will not think twice about going anywhere else when replacing/repairing my next roof."

"Did an excellent job of repairing the roof and removing the satellites that were on the roof. Great pricing and excellent cleaning up after the job was completed."

"Newhaus Roofing fixed a few loose and cracked shingles on our roof, and they were fantastic to work with. The team was professional, on time, and made sure the repairs blended seamlessly with the rest of the roof. Highly recommend their shingle repair services."

"The contractor was on time, completed the repairs in a timely manner and informed me of other services that he provided. Very professional young man and business owner. Cedric Edgeworth"

"Best experience I've ever had with a roofer. I spoke with Rico about a roof leak I had discovered. (It was due to rain for the next 4 days) he told me he could come by at 1 o'clock. He arrived early, went right to work, found the problem and had it repaired in just a few minutes. In addition to repairing the leak he was kind enough to use a broom and a blower to remove all the limbs and leaves off my roof to help prevent water from backing up under my shingles and causing a future leak. In the past I have had issues with several other roofing companies, but this person (Rico) and S.W.A.T Contracting are my new permenant go-to guys. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service, I really do appreciate it and will recommend you to everyone I know."
