"We hadn't had our dryer vent cleaned in awhile so we checked Angie's list and called the Vent Guys. Talked to Dan and set up an appointment. He gave us a two hour window when he would arrive on the day of the appointment. Dan showed up half way into the window so was right on time. He proceeded to inspect the dryer and then cleaned the vent which produced more lint than we had anticipated. Dan gave us some tips on cleaning the lint filter and suggestions regarding dryer sheets. We asked about cleaning the furnace air ducts so he checked the furnace and gave us a quote. He looked at the furnace filter and gave some advice as to what type of filter to use in the future. Dan was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and did an all around good job. We would definitely use him again for any needed duct cleaning."

"One person came out and it only took about 45 minutes to complete the service. They left the area clean as when they arrived. They are quick to respond, easy to deal with, and tell you what's going on while they work on it. They installed the furnace and we have been using them for years."

"When he came to assess/bid, Cory from Enviro-Air was great at explaining our issues and his proposed treatment. I contacted him a few times after that, before the job began, and he was always quick to reply. Cory’s proposal included sending someone during the roofing work, to treat trusses that were exposed while decking was off. This required coordination with our roofing co. and arriving at a particular day and time so the mold work could occur without stalling the roofers’ progress. Cory was totally open to that, and it went very smoothly. Two other notes: Enviro-Air’s pricing was better than another comparable bid I received. And after they finished their work, I came home to a spotless garage – their sweep/clean-up of the floor was impeccable! I would certainly recommend them to others, and I’ll call Cory again if I need this kind of service in the future."

"They did a good job with cleaning our carpets. I am disappointed though with poor customer service. Right after I let them in my home, one of the guys took a good look at the areas that needed to be cleaned. Then he started enumerating the things they can’t do like move this couch, or the stairs won’t be so cleaned and will look “just like that after etc. How about tell me what they can do and what they are goid at?! He saw my two dogs at the back and insinuated right away that there might be something underneath the carpet “that may come out” if I don’t tell him. I know that this is a trick that companies would us to make you purchase extra services. I told him that my dogs are well trained and they do their business in our yard. After that he didn’t talk to me anymore. I handed my credit card payment to the other guy and I am so relieved after they left. Very poor customer service. I have duct cleaning with them scheduled next week that I a can’t wait to cancel!"

"They were very professional and did a nice job of keeping everything clean. It is nice when you can get the before and after pics of your ducts. Not sure if you have to request this ahead of time. At my previous house these pictures were emailed to me afterwards but I didn’t get this service this time around."

Dave was great and timely when I asked him for more refined bids two months after initially talking with him. He was really helpful and smoothly handled a small glitch we ran into when the tank removal required more expertise. The team members: asbestos, installer, electrician, tank expert all did a great job of talking with each other. I was impressed. Chad, the lead installer, had a collaborative spirit and regularly let me know what was going on when discussed duct work placement, etc. The electrician, Javier, fully explained adjustments to me. I went with the mid range Daikin model furnace and have been super happy. I highly recommend Residential Heating. My project was completed in eight days in October; within two months I received my Center Point rebate. I'm still trying to get my Xcel rebate; but I don't fault Residential for this!!"
