Joe came to check out faucet leak in my bathtub, opened all fixtures leaving a hole in the wall, giving me an estimate for replacement and promising to return on Saturday to replace the fixture, causing flooding due to waterfall from the hole and water damage to my floor in the condo as someone opened the water line, which Joe had shut down for the whole building. After that he disappeared, would not pick up my phone or return my messages, leaving me in the lurch. I would have appreciated an answer even if it meant he could not do the job....just ghosted me, wondering what is going on. Will delete their number and never call them for any service again!!!"

Brick work is one of them...I've been trying to mount a flagpole to an exterior wall, and have had it come down around six times - the lag screws and lead sinks just would NOT hold in the winds we get around here. Frustrating. After my latest attempt to get it mounted, I realized it was time to call in the pros. And man, did I. Alberto Pedraza was out to get eyes on the task within a half day. The next morning, his guys showed up, as promised, and got to work. They did an amazing job, not only mounting my flagpole bracket, but effectively undoing all the damage I'd (inadvertently) done to the surrounding bricks. Quality job. Done on time, and for a very reasonable price. The next time I need to mount something on bricks, or need any brick repair, Homescapes will be my FIRST call."
