A Bluetooth controlled irrigation system was also recommended and has made watering the yard and flowers so easy with programmable settings that I can change from my recliner with a few keystrokes. No more going into the garage to adjust settings. The experience with R.D.D. was very pleasant and his crew were hard working and very considerate of our property. He was prompt in coming out to quote the work, put me on his schedule and kept me updated every week on when he would be able to start my project. He redesigned two rod iron gates on the side of my house to accommodate a zero turn mower and welded diagonal pieces along the bottom of the perimeter of my rod iron fence to make sure my Frenchie can’t get out. He fabricated the iron on the side gates perfectly to match the existing design that is no longer available due to the age of the rod iron fence. His work is impeccable and he went above and beyond by removing an old basketball goal that was cemented into the driveway! I will refer Moises to everyone needing any fabrication work!"

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. Will definitely recommend to all family and friends."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"I contracted Select Landscaping to sod my backyard as well as do some stone work (stone edging around flower bed and tree ring). Everything was transparent and went well. The owner, Derek, is friendly and courteous. The day of the work went well. His crew did a great job on the sod install. The flower bed and tree ring looked great. However, I had noticed that the tree ring and flower bed edging were missing those drainage holes that should be drilled into them and lined with PVC piping to allow proper drainage. When I mentioned it to Derek he was apologetic and said he would fix it. We were also discussing how the sprinkler system should be modified to change the spread of the sprinkler heads to better cover the yard. He mentioned that they also do sprinkler servicing. I agreed to the price he said would do that job for and we agreed he could come out to handle the sprinkler and then fix the drainage on stone edging at the same time sometime in the future since this was getting to be very late in the day. I will explained that I was going to be out of town for a week or so and we could schedule it for when I got back. After I returned from the trip I reached out and we scheduled a time to do the sprinklers. However storms ended up coming in and preventing it from happening. We then communicated several more times and he would give vague timeframes like “late next week” as a possibility. However every time it got closer to “late next week” something would usually come up like bad weather and he would ask to delay it again. Now the last 2-3 times I’ve contacted him he would give a more specific date and then not contact me again as the date got closer. One of those times he mentioned having a family issue arise and he was unable to do it as a result (to which I was sympathetic and fine with). However, we scheduled again since then and he once again did not show up. And when followed up via text he doesn’t respond. I have 6 texts over 4 days and none have been answered. 2 were direct responses to a question he asked, then one was to confirm that he was coming later that day. Then another asking if the day after since he never showed. Then another 2 just asking what happened and when we can reschedule. One thing to note is that I get “read” receipts on my messages and it shows that they have been read. At any rate. The initial install was great, albeit missing drainage on the flower bed and tree ring. But the follow up has been pretty bad."
