"We had roof damage from a hail storm in April. Jay came to the house and asked if we would like a free inspection to check for damage. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first but thought, what the heck? It turned out that we did indeed have sufficient damage to both our home roof and our garage roof. Jay helped walk me thru the process of contacting our insurance company to get one of their guys out to go thru the damages with Jay. The whole process was smooth. We picked out our new shingles and then waited for an appointment. I'm not going to lie, it took several weeks for them to come out. That said, they were SUPER busy with other homes. I just sent Jay a text message and BAM I received a call from the office (Laura I believe her name is) and we scheduled a date that was good for us. The roofing team came over a few minutes before the start time of 7am. Great crew! All very nice, professional and fast! With a lunch break, they were completely done by shortly after 3pm the same day and this included cleaning everything up!
