"Project was delayed by about a month (on their end) but received no communication from A1 that project was delayed even after I reached out several times to find out new estimated timeline. Also fence installation took longer than timeline given. They removed my old fence and set the new posts at the beginning of the week. I was told that they would return at weeks end or the beginning of the next week for install. It took about 2 weeks for them to come back for install. I understand they are subject to weather and so forth but some sort of communication instead of radio silence would have been greatly appreciated. I almost reached out to other fence companies since I wasn't sure if they were coming anymore or not. On the other hand, the fence looks great and so far it seems to be a quality product. Also the installers were very careful not to disturb the neighbors yards and were very gentle with mine. If communication was better I would have given them a glowing review."

"RRG removed ceramic tile from two hallways, leveled, replaced and repaired the subfloor in preparation for maple wood flooring to be put in place.  The reason we called RRG in the first place is because the floor company who was contracted to put in the wood flooring and refinish all our wood floors, did not do ceramic tile removal work.  We had seen RRG in our neighborhood on many occasions and we called them to see if the tile removal job wouldn't be too small for them to do. Joe gave an estimate that we accepted and was there on time to begin the two day job. <br /> The job turned out great.  Joe and his crew were there for two days and left both work areas very clean.  This was a very messy job but they built containment blocks of plastic sheeting that minimized residual dust.    <br /> Joe and his crew were thorough and very professional.  If we had known in advance that they did wood flooring and refinishing we would have used them for the entire wood floor replacement and refinishing job.  We will use them in the future. <br />"
