"This is a small, owner-operated business with diligent and trustworthy support employees. Kevin communicated with us regularly and was clear in his explanations. His estimate included minor repairs to siding. Where he noted defects (mostly due to aging) he pointed them out and even took some pictures to clarify what was wrong. He caulked areas, prior to painting, that should have been taken care of by the original builder. We chose a rather bold color to be applied to vinyl siding. He took the time and effort to make sure that shifting of the siding would have a minimal impact on the final appearance. His final invoice was more than fair considering the quality of his work. His attention to detail was incredible! He was easy to work with and we can't recommend him highly enough."

"The scope of the work was the exterior of a two-story boxy aluminum-sided residential house, including trim and shutters. The up front conversations and process were all smooth and professional. And the body of the work was a solid spray-on job. I’m satisfied with that. My snag with this company came when they messed up two exterior doors. I finally asked them not to come back after the third attempted repair, sending the same person back each time. The crew supervisor explicitly told me that he would be coming out himself for the repair just hours before they were to arrive. But alas, who showed up .. the same person that had already failed three times. The owner, after each iteration of repair responded with earnest-sounding words and a promise that this would be made right. It seems they have all the right words, but not the skill(?) or heart(?) to follow through. Would not hire again."
