"Bob carefully went over the 2 problem areas of my gutters. They had previously been "repaired" 3 times by the original installer and still continued to drip water onto the stucco siding of the house. The gutter over a short roof run by the garage door was also checked as it has frozen at the downspout during the past 2 years. Bob checked to see if it was properly slanted for runoff and verified that it was.He did several watersealant applications on the 2 gutters runs and suggested a heat tape for the short gutter by the garage door as that was iciing up and overflowing across a corner of the garage door trim. Before the work was done we discussed replacing the gutters in those 2 areas versus doing the fixes he felt were appropriate at this time. He gave me estimates for both and we agreed to try the less expensive repair. The repair was performed while he was still here.I was extemely impressed with his professionalism, his recommendation to try a simpler solution before a replacement solution and the fact that he did the work on one of the hottest days we have had this summer (108 degrees F).I would whole-heartedkt rccommend him to those seeking professional gutter work."
