"My contractor was Deep Rooted Flooring and our contact was Christian. We were contacted by him and discussed replacing a floor around the commode in the bathroom. I asked him to view the project and give us an estimate. He was very quick with his estimate and made us aware of work that needed to be done in the adjacent room because of the deteriorated floor. He didn’t Pressure us or anything about the extra work, he just made us aware of the condition with a description and pictures. It was our decision to go ahead with The additional work. The estimate came in at a reasonable price. He was at the job site at the time he said and completed the job quickly. He was knowledgeable About flooring and the type that should be used. He was cordial and answered all of our questions. We were very satisfied with the job as completed, in fact They did a couple of additional items we did not expect. "Mike was very professional from the first phone call. He came that evening when he said he would to give us a estimate.
We originally called for a estimate on staining our fence front and back and after talking with Mike we also asked him to pressure wash the house. He came when he said he would and did everything we asked, he even went the extra mile and stained our yard swing the same color as the fence.
We were so happy with the job he did on the fence we then asked him to stain our deck, we had tried to stain it on our own last year and had really made a mess. He had to work really hard to get the stain off but he did a great job and our deck looks so good.

"John Adams was coureous, professional, and did an excellent job.  He was able to succefully get stains out of hard surfaces such as concrete as well as more fragile areas around doors and windows.
I called 101 Building Services about 2 weeks ago.  I reside on the far edge of their area of service.  John said he would have to call me back to find a convenient time to travel for our task.  We were in no hurry, so that was fine.   The 2 weeks delay is the only reason I graded 101 as a "B" in responsiveness.  The day of service he arrived right on time.
We were pleased with the results.  Excellent!  I will certainly plan to use his services in the future.
