"Generally, I refrain from writing reviews for companies unless they perform their work beyond my expectations, Kastamamanov Construction happens to be one of those companies. Aleksandar Kastamanov and his son Aleks are both Perfectionists and men of good character they both demonstrate a willingness to work with you to address any concerns that arise during the project, they do quality work at a very competitive price, they are easy to work with, *accommodating and go beyond basic requirements for the sake of quality, safety, and stability. During the inspection the county inspector kept saying things like,* good job and most guys do not take the time to do that , referring to the qualify work they had done. They both demonstrate attention to details and invite input of ideas to see that you are happy with their work. This deck that Aleks replaced for me I built 50 years ago so I know what it takes to build a structure that will last through many years of use. Well, having watched their work from beginning to end I can tell you that Aleksander and Aleks have constructed a beautiful deck for us that is built to last for many many years. Attention to detail started when demolition began and lasted throughout the project until the final strand of stainless steel railing was installed. If you want a new deck or an old deck replaced there is a lot of contractors to choose from around but, if you want your project done right, done beyond the bare minimum required according to your City and County permits, and built at a very and competitive price, Kastamanov construction is the company for you. Aleksandar and his son Aleks are both men of integrity and good character, they are both easy to work with skilled and knowledgeable. Any future projects that I have, both interior and exterior will include a prejudiced request for a bid from Kastamanov construction."

"We hired Ivan for our kitchen remodel because his estimate was the most reasonable and because he was cautious when we described what we wanted, wanting to be sure we wouldn’t be in violation of any codes. We appreciated knowing up front what might be problematic. He was super helpful with choosing cabinets and accompanied us to numerous places until we found exactly what we wanted at a price we were willing to pay. "I had a problem with a stairlift in my home and couldn't find anyone with the experience to repair it until I contacted Home Safety Services. When I spoke with David on the phone he immediately recognized the problem and scheduled a service call. He called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way, showed up exactly on time and immediately began servicing the lift. During that process he discovered that the installation company had neglected to install an important switch and found other problems that needed attention. During the whole process David kept me informed about what he was doing. In all my adult lifetime I have never experienced the level of professionalism that David, and Home Safety Services, provided. "Excellent! I thought I needed a new thermostat since I wasn’t getting any heat. Juan came over , checked the circuit breaker and found that the breaker was worn out. He replaced the breaker and found that the thermostat was still functioning. He could have said that the thermostat needed replacing too but instead he just said you needed a new circuit breaker. I really appreciated the honesty. If he said I needed the thermostat too I would have paid for both thus increasing my bill. I just want to add a few more comments about the work that he’s done for me. I first met Juan when he came over to my house to stabilize a lose tile that was above my garage door. Then I showed him mold growing next to my shower door. He found a small crack that allowed water to seep into the sheet rock. He replaced the shower door and the sheet rock that was growing mold. Then I took him to the bathroom where I showed him a bulging floor board next to the toilet. He found a small crack in the toilet tank that slowly dripped water on to the backside of toilet dripping water onto the base board. He offered to repair the tank but I told him to go ahead and replace the toilet. I can’t say enough about Juan. Whatever the problem is he’ll figure out how to fix it. When he approaches a problem he approaches with a positive attitude. Another time my ceiling fan went out and I asked him to come out to see what the problem was. Instead over the phone he told me to check the remote control. I went on Amazon and ordered a new remote control . I placed in new batteries and the fan started working. He didn’t charge me anything for the advice. I was prepared to buy a new fan and all I needed was a new remote. Juan is multi talented. I’ve recommend him to my neighbor and he’s done a couple of projects for her (leaking roof). Lastly, in a couple of weeks he’s coming over to paint my front door and put a new latch on my side gate. I’m 77 years with an injured leg so fixing things around the house is difficult for me. Juan has made my life easier."
