"Kevin was the key component that made my first and forever home into the dream home I hoped for. He worked very hard, was creative and knowledgeable. He was able to find solutions to problems that crept up (I feel like there were more than average at my house). He tore out my old flooring, shower, bathroom closet, countertops and the front porch. He replaced the outlets and switches, all the lights(inside and out), built a deck (10’x15’)with a 23’ ramp, built the new shower which meant all new walls, shower floor/pan, drain pipes, shower doors and shower faucet. He installed all new flooring, countertops(which included the new sinks and faucets)painted everywhere(including the shutters outside), replaced doorknobs, built a doghouse for the oil tank, fixed the flooring in my shed, built a pad for my grill out of leftover decking, put stairs on at the back door, picked up supplies and flooring(for inside and deck) fixed the storm doors, basically rebuilt the wall in my laundry room after it was hacked up by some other workers who didn’t have as much care. He also hung up security cameras and solar panels for them and power washed a little of my house. Kevin was trustworthy from the very beginning and I had complete faith in leaving my house renovation in his care. He was willing to come let in and be around for other contractors when I had to be at work. He was even willing to throw in a helping hand if needed! "We got multiple bids for our project. Kerry, the owner spent a lot of time at the project before we even gave him the job. He clearly had decades of knowledge working in a variety of soil types and was able to save us thousands of dollars by recommending we put our leach field in another location. The consultant we hired placed the site for the leach field in an area Kerry felt wouldn't drain well. We decided to follow his advice and pay an additional $400 for another site analysis. Good thing we did...the original spot turned into a small pond after the first hard rain. Had we put the leach field in the original spot we'd have lost thousands. Kerry also personally applied the waterproofing on the foundation to ensure it was done correctly. Kerry did a fantastic job. After 18 months, our basement is bone dry and looks great. The gravel driveway has no ruts and is like driving on steel. The material he choose has held up much better than the gravel road we live on. "<p>Just wanted to drop a line or two and let you all know how impressed we were with both your workmen and their work.  In today's society, you just don't find companies that really do a great job, they usually just do enough to "get by".<br /> <br /><br /> <br />At times, without their knowledge, I was home and could hear some of the men talking.  Much to my surprise, their language and subject matter were always appropriate.  Don't find that much in the labor force today!  It spoke volumes to me.  When they did speak with us, they were always very kind and informative.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The work that was performed consisted of excavating the dirt to gain access to the footings on both sides of the foundation.  On the inside, they had to bust out the concrete floor and hand dig to the footing in order to install their brackets for the "unified lift system".  After installing the brackets, they attached special hydraulic equipment to the brackets which drove 3" diameter<br /> <br />pipes down to bedrock.  Next, they attached a hydraulic jacking system to each pier location.  Using their special vehicle with a unique hydraulic pumping system they attached hydraulic lines to each location and were able to do a controlled lift.  From what we understand, your company is one of the only ones that can perform this "unified lift".<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We were taking pictures daily and emailing them out to family and friends who could not believe their eyes!  They started out making our basement look like a bomb went off and when they were done it was swept and looking very nice!<br /> <br /><br /> <br />All this to say that the work done was absolutely astonishing!  We will highly recommend EHM to everyone that we hear may need this type of work completed.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Thanks so much again.  We were dreading having this work completed, but you all made it so much nicer by your<br /> <br />expertise, kindness, and professionalism.</p> <p>Mike and Cheryl <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

The weather was less than desirable however, John and his crew did there best to work with it-( rain, rain, and more rain, hot humid days). The amount of work they accomplished each day was measurable. The work area cleaned at the end of every day(swept driveway ,tools put away, etc). The attention to detail was appreciated. They were respectful of our neighbors and us. Truly Prays Hardscaping and Landscaping is a company to hire if you want something done and done right. John and his crew are not the least expensive landscaper in town however I believe John and his crew will give you the best best value for your money. "They made the adjustment in a timely fashion. This is, however, the kind of repair where you can't judge its success until the next rainstorm. I do, however, have every confidence that if there needs to be a further adjustment, Angela will make it right. Why is that? Well, we have  had A & C Odd Jobs do work for our condo association for several years. We have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work, and we think that their prices are very reasonable. They have cleaned our gutters a number of times, and they do a very thorough job. Twice, we have had them deliver and lay mulch around our building; we have been happy with the results. They also reset some lampposts that were sagging, and they have been standing tall ever since. They aim to please and always check to make sure we are satisfied with the job they have done; that’s important to us."
