"United Trust Van Lines is far from trustworthy. They play all the classic mover company tricks. 1) they will quote a low ball initial price based on a brief estimate of your items 2) then they ask for an initial deposit to lock you in 3) then for me specifically for a 1 bedroom apartment move from Pitt to Cincinnati, I had sent pictures of my items and they quoted a price but did not include the name of the all of the items in the contract and quoted a low storage space of 300cubic feet (which I was not aware at the time what that meant relative to the amount of items I had). In reality for 1 standard 1 bedroom apartment you want around 650-700 cubic feet. 4) movers came. Told me they don?t have enough space for my items only 300cubic feet and then told me - boxes are extra, packing is extra etc 5) I redid the contract to include all items I discussed and the boxes and packing - obviously cost went up 6) charge extra for distance (on day of move), 1$ per foot above 100ft Be wary!"

"Awful and so much damage! They were never on time. 2 days late. Didn?t communicate! Just awful service. They contract out to others to do their work."

Moving team (Lazaro) was very knowledgeable, experienced, intent on making sure everything was handled properly and very attentive to detail with re-doing the contract and pricing due to unforeseen changes we decided to make. I have not yet contacted them for delivery, but I have no doubt that this phase will go just as smoothly. Definitely would recommend American Knights Moving & Storage, Inc."

"so the move started off pretty good. They were kind of fast and efficient. I definitely appreciated their services because I moved all the way on the third floor however, my television was broke when trying to communicate this to Jose. He kept sending me pictures of televisions. that did not belong to me two different times he sent pictures of TVs that were not mine. I sent him a picture of my television and then he told me that it was fine when they brought it in but they didn’t turn my TV on, when’s my TV was turned on and I discovered that it was broken. I let him know. And that’s when he tried to send me pictures of televisions that weren’t mine. He eventually said that he was going to put in a claim with his insurance when I tried to follow up he did not respond. He left me on read.. I don’t think it’s good if you can’t take accountability when you break people’s things when they spend an and they’re trusting you with their stuff. I spent d*** near $700 on this move. I shouldn’t have to buy a new TV that he broke."
