"Great customer service! My request was fairly short notice, and they were super accommodating to my tight deadline. I had a two-man crew assist with moving my three story townhome, and both men were extremely friendly and kept a positive spirit while climbing up and down the stairs in this Texas summer heat. I learned the morning of my move that the elevator at my new complex was out of service, and when I nervously shared this information with the men, one of them very politely replied, “that’s not to worry ma’am, it’s all part of the job and we will get it taken care of. We don’t go into these jobs expecting them to be easy, and when they are, that’s just a bonus”. It took about 2.5 hours to move me out, and then about 3.5 hours to move me in. They were great at following directions and worked very efficiently. I have nothing but compliments about my experience, and I have already recommended them to a friend who is moving next month!"

"Everyone from the office to the movers were very responsive and helpful. We made several changes from our first moving plan including adding an additional pick up location. And the additional cost was quite reasonable. The young men who moved us were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing when they prepared the furniture for moving. Steve's team was well coordinated and took time to load my antiques carefully. Then after making the 4 hour drive north they were very patient with some of my changes in furniture placement, helped put sliders on the feet, hooked up the fridge, and washer/dryer and generally kept the entire move calm. We have an office to move now and will certainly use them. I was concerned about their finding our place, but discovered that Steve knows Dallas very well and I had no need to worry."

"This was hands down one of the best movers I've ever used. I have moved every couple years throughout my life, both local moves and national moves, and A-1 Professionals was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Their price was competitive and one of the lowest out there, but beyond that, their crew was outstanding. Not a single thing was broken. They moved my items with the care they would have shown if they were moving their own items. They were quick and efficient. They completed the move in only 3.5 hours, which was exactly what Buddy, the owner, had estimated when I called and talked to him. The men were cheerful and had great attitudes the entire time. You could tell that they loved the company they worked for and they loved working with each other. They showed up exactly on time as scheduled, and in fact, Buddy even called me about 15 minutes after the scheduled time to make sure they were there and everything was going ok. They had all of their own moving supplies and furniture pads. They wrapped my couches and tv with care to make sure they weren't damaged in the move. I do not have one negative thing to say about this group. I will never use another moving company after this experience."

"All Some Movers was very professional and called the day before my family members move to verify the price, time, and date of move. On the day of the move, the drivers called when they were 30 minutes away and arrived on time. They worked up a sweat and worked diligently to get all the items on the first floor loaded within the 2 hour time frame we requested. We purchased the deal of $170 for 2 hours of moving plus $30 for gas so $200 total. Would re-hire again for our next move."
