"My doors were damaged by my other GC among other issues with the door frames and they don't want or can't fix, and I no longer have the confidence in their workmanship. Too bad I'm stuck with them until they finish other work. I'm so lucky to have gotten with Rios and his guy to fix the doors (ALL our doors in the house!) and they went above and beyond to address each door with their own unique issues. They put my mind at ease and I felt my worries disappear. He was detailed and get things done right. He found that my GC was installing my door frames incorrectly (and intentionally) by using a gypsum piece instead of wood shim, and Rios and his guy corrected it. Being a designer and project manager in the architecture industry, I recognize good work and integrity. Not only did they do the work correctly the way it should be done, but it was also prompt and completed earlier than expected. I only wished I had found them sooner.
