"Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job."

"Chuck and his entire crew were very polite, professional, and respectful throughout the repair process and they displayed a top-notch work ethic. Almost a year has passed now since the repair work was completed on our home. We have been through one or two wicked nor'easters, and there has been zero leaking. "Francisco's work is sub-par, and he gives you the runaround about supplies and dates of completion...in essence, he makes promises he doesn't keep. His laborers needed constant supervision but Francisco was no where around ... He consistently pulled "no-show, no call" ... He said he'd provide 12" galvanized spikes but he allowed his workers to use 10" non-galvanized even after promising me repeatedly that he had 12" available). The final jobs were sub-par: The pavement is not straight, nor is it even (rain puddles in the middle), although he did come back once to "fix" the puddling, the sidewalk still puddles and he promised to come back again in a couple of days ... it has been several weeks of no-show, no call. The gutters he installed leaked at the seams, and he said he fixed that, but the seams still leak and the gutter holds water. The pavement job is not satisfactory, and all-in-all, his performance was not what you'd expect from a professional. Expect the "runaround". Updated 1/28/21 This is a follow-up to my previous review, which gave Cisco's Construction a "D" for work replacing pavers and installing a gutter and downspout. Since then, Francisco did return again to fix the issues with rain puddling in the paver job and leaking seams & fixing the slope of the gutter. The overall experience wasn't what I'd expect from a professional, took longer than was promised, and the quality of the work was probably a "B" but because of the issues, I can only honestly give Cisco's Construction a "C". My recommendation if you hire him is to be clear upfront about your expectations."

"I wasn't thrilled with the end result.  I think they laid the asphalt when it was too cool.  Granted my driveway is an unusual shape and more difficult to pave.  Mr. Worden was easy to work with.

June 2014 update:  Bill Worden provided a free seal coating on my driveway to compensate for the lackluster paving job.  The seal coat looks great, and I appreciate it.  Was a nice customer service gesture.  I would do business with them again.  Moral of the story is to lay asphalt during the warmer months, and hopefully they start paving in the morning while the asphalt is still hot.  If you are the second job of the day and they show up in the afternoon the asphalt may be cooler and may not go down as well.  Overall I had a good customer experience."
