"Next Level did a sprinkler system installation for me. Julian, the point person and (I think) owner for Next Level, communicated well throughout the process. He took his time to explain the technology, his reasoning for the proposal, the timeline, and the options and tradeoffs. His quote was the most competitive among the 4 I received, and he took care of everything. We had a couple of hiccups due to weather, but he otherwise delivered on the schedule he promised the day he provided the quote. The team was fast (completed the project in about 6 hours) and very neat. Very happy with the outcome."

"Needed to replace culvert and cover with asphalt. First - Jason came on-stie to look at the job. He explained the work needed and the process. J&K does not do asphalt but did arrange to have asphalt laid. Was extremely nice to deal only with Jason and not have to worry about finding someone to do the asphalt work separately. All included in one quote. Second â Received quote for the work promptly. Third â J&K Installed the culvert and new asphalt, completed in a reasonable time. Weather delays. Fourth â Found out there was a second problem which caused the old culvert to fail. Needed the drainage ditch cleaned out because over the years it had filled in with dirt. The water was not running as it should. Jason investigated what it would take to correct the issue and made a recommendation. Give us a quote for the work and start immediately. We are VERY satisfied with all the work they have done. Special note -J&K work crew cleaned up after themselves each day. One more thing I need to say about this job site. Exceedingly difficult because of the drainage issue, but Jason and his team stayed the course, took their time and the water is running off. Their work is very professional. Looks WONDERFULL. "Im not a person who generally writes a review but felt this was important and I don?t understand my experience because all of the other reviews are glowing ones. I will give the company 2 stars as he was on time , he came out and looked at the area I needed help with, made suggestions and then followed through with an estimate of putting sod down, putting a drain in, aerating and seeding and then even calling to see how it was doing. I really had high hopes but that?s where it ended. We watered and did everything we were supposed to but NOT ONE piece of grass came up. I spoke to Marcus the owner about it and he said that was unusual and I agreed with him because when Va Green has aerated and seeded the grass has come up very thick each year( guess I should have stuck with them). I told him how disappointed I was and he said he could come back and reseed and that?s the last I?ve heard from him and that was around the first part of October and now we?re at the end of November a little "
