"I asked a friend for the name of the company that replaced the roof on their house. They recommended Certified Incorporated contractor that they obtained from Angie’s List. Their contract listed in detail and sequential order of installing a new roof. I received a quote that included an explanation of what Certified Incoporated was going to do. First, the old shingles were removed. Second, any rotten wood was replaced with quality wood. Third, the entire roof was covered with synthetic felt. Fourth, replaced pipe booths. Fifth, they installed lifetime shingles with a twenty-five year workmanship guarantee. The warranty is transferable to the next homeowner. Also, the contract included the removal and hauling away of all debris. This was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this contractor. Thank you, A. Brookins"

"When I called John Krause he was able to come over later that day to give us an estimate. We had purchased new kitchen countertops from Lowe's  and when the contractor came out to check the measurements he told us that the cabinets weren't level enough to support the solid surface countertop we ordered. Another contractor came out and gave us an outrageous bid for leveling the cabinets so we decided to call John Krause. After John quoted us a price he told us he could have his guys come out the next day, which they did! Two of his men came and removed the old countertop, disconnected the plumbing, and leveled the cabinets. It took about 4 hours in all because the cabinets were really out of whack. John's guys leveled everything perfectly and showed me with a level so I could see for myself. The guys did a fantastic job, were polite and well mannered and cleaned up after themselves.
About a week later one of John's guys (Josh) came back and reconnected the plumbing and installed a new faucet we had purchased. It was hard work because the space was so tight and I am sure it must have been challenging but Josh did a great job and we are super happy with the new sink and faucet! The additional charge for this work was $300 and we felt it was very fair since our plumber would have charged almost double. We will be using John again in the near future.

"I highly recommend Cox roofing to anybody who is considering having a new roof installed. They very affordable, prompt, and professional, They also communicated well from start to finish. I received before and after pictures of the project."

"Mr. DePollar was professional, fair, and kind and the price was significantly lower than several other bids that we obtained. The team was always on time, professional, with a great work ethic, and outstanding craftmanship. The attention to detail and a quality install was clearly evident. We are extremely pleased with our roof and it's beautiful. Three skylights were replaced as well as trim work on the inside of the house. The trim work really took the look of the skylights from plain to great looking. We've received many compliments. We will definitely hire Chey Chase Remodeling for other projects."

"From estimate to completed roof replacement, the process was easy and fast. Mac the estimator was knowledgeable and cool, the admin folks were responsive, and the roofers did a great job. I’ve used Charm City Roofing a few times and they are dependable. Thank you!"

Other services offered are gutter, skylight, siding and window installation.

"Great work! Ben supplied pictures of the work in progress and explained everything that was being done which showed the roof being pulled back to the "studs" and then how they put the new roof on. They also replaced the skylight at no additional cost. I will definitely recommend them in the future!"

"The work was done fast and well. We had a few minor issues with cleanup and gutter follow up adjustments but it was well worth the cost. Overall so far we are very very happy with our new roof and gutters and would definitely recommend Garner to everyone."

"Recently replaced/upgraded roof and gutters. Both roofing and gutter replacement teams arrived on time, were professional, hardworking and did an excellent job which included installation and clean up. All S&K staff were friendly, professional, and responsive. I recommend S&K services to anyone looking to replace their roof and/or gutters."

"Eric came out about three days ago, ran through the whole process, showed us what our roof would look like & what components would be used during installation. It was nice to be able to see and touch the products we’d be receiving prior to signing contract. Then a couple days later I connected with Dana for scheduling & the crew arrived exactly when she said they would be. The crew arrived on time, Dylan the project manager maintained contact with me throughout the entire process, ensuring that we received a flawless product from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate whatsoever to recommend this company to any of my friends or family. The way they present themselves from start to finish has blown us away and exceeded all expectations. We cannot wait for this roof to be paid off, so we can have Eric back out for our next project (siding)!"
