We paid $7.6K for countertops and our brand new oak flooring was scratched during the process and they will not accept accountability. Their response was, and I quote "You should check with the plumber or electrician or who every came after us on friday". Well guess what, no one came after them on Friday so it's not possible the scratch was from someone else. In addition, when they arrived to template the countertop I advised Hector that I had a butcher block insert for the sink, of which I showed him and he said no problem, well the butcher block did not fit in the sink insert when they installed it. Lastly, the newly taped walls were scratched upon installation as well. I will not utilize or recommend Douro Granite and Marble LLC in the future."
