"Work was not done properly at first. I called told him that he needed to come back. It was a battle to convince him the work was only a month old. Well I got him to come back on a day my husband was home. He told us Friday between 9-12. At 11:30 I called and said he now needed to reschedule for later in the day. So I had another reschedule still late in arriving. We had a whole day ruined because he did not schedule us properly It was not until 820pm that it was finally completed. This work sd have been done right the first time. I believe it was because I am a woman he took advantage of me. But he did complete the job ."

"That Granite Place was hired to install Quartz countertops in a home I owned by the general contractor, Garrison Homes. The countertops were installed incorrectly (on an angle) as well as cut incorrectly. Despite countless emails and phone calls, they refused to do the repair since they were paid in full. The operations manager, Mark Widen, said his hands are tied and that they wont honor the repair or warranty. I wouldn't EVER deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy!!!"
