"Unfortunately, Mr. Holdridge suffered an accident on another job before he was able to give me a bid or estimate for the job he assessed for me. After the accident, he never got back to me after several attempts to contact him. I wanted to see if his workers could do one of the projects which required minimal design and materials so I could place my above ground pool for my son's 21st birthday party. I would then wait for the rest of the projects until he recovered. I was so excited to work with him due to his design ideas matching so close to what I had in mind. I was so disappointed not to hear anything back from him. I have since searched out another landscaper for my projects, but it is difficult due to the late timing of the season. I began the process with Mr. Holdridge in April. I would hope to use him in the future, just hope we can have better communication.

They gave a quote for everything that I needed done but then came back with a different quote and reasoning. There was just a lot of miscommunication on pricing and material. They had me to order more mixed paint than was needed. Other items that weren’t needed."
