"Update on 6/4/20: We faced some challenges in our doors and I contacted Sergio about it. He acted immediately and visited us to look at the problems. I showed him the challenge in a couple of more doors (old house). He further advised me in buying the exact part in a home depot over the phone. The visit was planned today. Sergio and Leo are very knowledgeable and they completed the entire job quickly. I was very impressed by their timing, professionalism, and out of the box help. "These guys are fanatic. We were having a renovation done. Our contractor discovered we were getting water in by our old French doors. Due to the unplanned replacement, we needed a door on very short notice. We didn't want an out of the box from a home improvement store, so we saw Royal Windows and doors. Danny was able to accommodate the timing which wasn't easy (the doors are built to order) and expedited installation. Within two weeks, our new 12 ft. Sliding door was installed.
