Austin Berryman, the Sales Rep, was exceptional. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product and various options. Austin took the time to answer all my questions and explained the entire process to me. Tim Bast and his installation team were also exceptional. His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew! Very professional, did a first rate job, and cleaned up everything and left the area spotless. The final results were beautiful! Best of all... my dog loves playing in her new run! We play out there every day we can, and she no longer has the problems she had with her allergies to regular grass. I cannot stress enough how highly I think of this company!
