"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"Overall, it was a good experience. I had one exterior door and 6 north facing windows replaced. I was pleased with the salesman, Mr. Amoroso. He provided me with the information I needed and didn't press the sale. I was told 6-8 weeks before install and it was almost exactly 8 weeks. The installers did a good job with the installation and cleanup. I can't give an excellent review because they were 2 1/2 hours late. After they left, I noticed marks on the walls that needed some serious scrubbing to remove and there were a couple of nicks in one of the walls and on a wooden window frame. Not serious, I can repair. Having said this I will use Graboyes for future window replacement."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."
