"I had a leak upstairs in my 2nd floor bathroom which in turn ruined most of my first floor ceiling and floors. "We contacted Comfort Basements as a starting point in our research on foundation repair and basement waterproofing, toward a grander plan of adding on to our home. Jesse came out to visit us for a free inspection and estimate, and unbeknownst to us, some really awesome advice about how to proceed with our grander plans. While we still know that we need to waterproof and repair a portion of our foundation, Jesse honestly and openly told us that we needed to start with an architect and get our "Grand Plans" in order before he could give us any estimates on any kind of work that would need to be done, depending on what would need to be done structurally to support the addition. He also suggested somethings NOT to do in the mean time, and how we might proceed from here.
While we're not working with Jesse and Comfort Basement at the moment, he will be at the top of our list when the time does come! Big thanks to him. Highly recommend!
