"Short version: Yes, use this company. Long version: I needed to move items from one location to another and I needed to get it done quickly and efficiently without spending a fortune. This was something that I really thought was going to be a tremendous obstacle. Fortunately, it was done in the blink of an eye. I called Adams and Kevin set the date for Friday (this was within one week of my call). The men who did the work were Johuan, Odell and Mike. They showed up on time, they were all polite, professional, they worked with care and addressed all of my concerns. They were careful with my stuff; I've hired movers in the past and it never went well so I was hesitant to say the least. My concerns were unnecessary. Not only did they do a perfect job, they were extremely efficient and they finished in less time than the estimate. The price was very reasonable. "We agreed to pay the extra 40 dollars to have them give an on-site estimate which was supposed to be a 14 hour move with a crew of three and a truck. They arrived with the truck and three guys but no moving equipment. We had many heavy items like This End Up furniture and some appliances and they were not prepared to handle the loads. They dropped some of the items on the newly refinished floors and hit the banister and steps causing noticeable damage. They did not report to us any of the damage. It took them 22 hours to make the move, which was way over the estimate. We ended up having to help them move the items into the new house for over 6 hours of our own time so they could get home and we are no spring chickens. After complaining about the extra hours they charged us for three extra hours. They were a good group of guys but not very prepared. This was not a smooth moving experience."
