"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and nothing was asked of me except paying for my beautiful new roof. The crew cleaned up after they were through. I would definitely hire them again, except my new roof has a very long life span. My neighbor used Llanro Roofing a couple of years before I needed them, and his raves not only swayed me to call them but his father and his father's neighbor also used them. An exceptional company."

"We had Dave out for a solar quote and he also offered to check our roof. He said our roof looked alright. Two months later after the July hailstorm we had him back out to check and we needed a new roof. We decided to go with a class 4 slate shingle and are very happy with the color and strength of our new roof. Everyone from the ladies in the office, the roofers and Dave was professional. If we ever decide to install solar it will be Triton as well."

"They were awesome. We had hail damage. They are amazing. The storm was in July, 2016. He came out in the beginning of August to do the initial check of my house. He talked to my insurance company. He was very good with the insurance people in getting my house fixed. It took a while to get done because in Colorado, you can't do some things in the winter. On good days, they would come out and work on repairs.  He subcontracted this stuff out because he looked for people who could do the job at a reasonable price. He is not one of those people that will hire just anybody. He makes sure that the job gets done and people want to work. He called when something came up. He came out to check. He was amazing. He was very informative, very professional and very responsive. I didn't have to deal with a lot of stuff like shady people and insurance scams. He took care of the insurance company and everything else. They were always on time. If they couldn't make it because of weather, you got notification. He would call in advance on the scheduled day, like two hours ahead, so I could get my dogs out of the yard."

"Horn Brothers Roofing just completed installing a Gerard steel roof on my home in Evergreen. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and the finished product. The tear off crew, the install crew and the gutter contractor were all excellent, and punctual. They cleaned up each and every day before departing. None of my concerns were ever discounted and more importantly, they often told me that they wanted me to be satisfied with their work. What a wonderful company who are several steps above the normal roofing contractor. I highly recommend Horn Brothers Roofing. I almost forgot to mention the professionalism of their salesperson, Matthew Williams. He educated me on the benefits of a steel roof and followed up in a timely manner. Matthew also assisted me in working through the insurance company and their field inspectors, assuring me of the best dollar adjustment, which is critical to any homeowner."

"UPDATE: <br /> This as an update to my original review posted in November. <br /> Now that the work on our home has been finished (final touch-up paint work was completed yesterday), I am pleased to say that overall I am quite happy with our new roof.  Mac was there for us through the whole thing and did his very best to make sure that everything was completed to our 100% satisfaction, despite winter weather challenges that prevented the team from completing the project more quickly, and the initial hurdles of having to fix sloppy work done by the original installation team - which I have been informed no longer works for North West Roofing. <br /> Despite some initial challenges on the job, the team made everything right. We now have a great product on our roof that will hopefully last for the next decade. With just a new roof and a little fresh paint, our home looks 10 times better than it did when we purchased it. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL REVIEW: <br /> We were referred to North West Roofing by our insurance provider, State Farm, to repair our wind and hail-damaged roof.  According to our agent, North West Roofing does a lot of their work with State Farm and have a good reputation in the business. Mac, our sales rep and project coordinator, was very personable and nice to work with.  He was very responsive by phone and email and always came to meet us when and as agreed upon.  Once we signed the papers to get the work done, he really got on the ball to schedule the team to come out and do the work, and stopped by the house a couple times during the day-of installation to see how things were going.  He also made sure to check local code issues and submit several code-required changes with State Farm for approval before beginning the work, which I appreciated. The deal that North West Roofing offered us was to install a qualifying high-impact-resistant roof product for the exact amount that we were allotted by State Farm for the repair of our roof per the claim we submitted.  State Farm was only willing to pay to replace our old 3-tab roof with standard shingles, which makes sense, so the deal that North West Roofing offered was much too good an offer to pass up.  Since we were still responsible for our $1,000 deductible and were having a number of other repairs done to our home at the same time, we didn't have any extra cash to spend on the roof, so this really seemed like our best option, though we did interview a number of other roofing companies who would have been excellent options had their prices been more competitive. <br /> Fast-forward to installation...  The guys came out and in just one day our entire roof was stripped and re-roofed!  I couldn't believe how quickly they worked!  My husband and I are extremely particular, so I had asked Mac to be sure that they did a very thorough job of cleaning up afterward and they left the house / sidewalks / yard looking nicer than it had before they arrived, which was very impressive. <br /> The quality of the roofing work, however, was a slightly different story.  The roofers got overspray tar on our newly painted eaves and siding, the flashing around the chimneys was cut crookedly and left with jagged edges sticking out, the flashing under our eaves had gaps and was left unpainted - the shiny galvanized metal visible from any viewing point, there were big gobs of silicone patching up holes in the flashing, there were two places on the roof where the shingles weren't nailed down tight to the roof, and the roofers split two of our newly-repaired / painted facia boards and tried to nail them back together, but failed to mention the damage to us.  For someone who isn't as particular as we are, maybe this wouldn't have been a problem, but if you hire these guys and care how things are finished, I recommend looking things over at the end of the job. <br /> On the positive side, when I emailed Mac to discuss these issues he came right out with the Project Manager two days later to look over everything with us and make arrangements for getting them fixed.  North West Roofing has agreed to send someone out to redo the poorly installed flashing and silicone work, and is paying to repair and repaint the damaged areas of facia and siding. In summary, I feel that while the work wasn't done 100% to our liking on the first go-round, Mac and the guys in charge have been extremely punctual, communicative and easy to work with, and the company seems to be committed to making things right.  We also couldn't have asked for a better deal on the product we got for the price we paid, and the whole process has been relatively stress-free, despite the issues we found. <br /> <br /> ***Please note, I revised my original rating since the work on our roof was completed recently (it took a little while due to snow and winter weather conditions that prevented the work being done sooner), and we are very satisfied with the finished work.  Mac was great to work with and the whole team worked together to make sure all the issues we encountered were corrected and that the final product they delivered was 100%.  I will happily recommend North West Roofing to anyone that wants a team committed to customer satisfaction.***"

"I worked with their very experienced salesman from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful. He supplied information on the roofing materials, offered his recommendations for replacement, consulted on pricing AND then he coordinated with my insurance company, my picky HOA and the labor.     As an aside, my first insurance evaluation was lacking and my salesperson encouraged me to appeal it. Sure enough, a more experienced assessor was far more thorough and insurance appropriately yielded on the settlement.     Labor showed up on time, worked incredibly long hours in unbearable heat and finished well before I expected. The team was respectful of the property, meticulous in their clean-up and I had no worries when they were gone. They were efficient, coordinated and wasted neither time or materials. My house looks fantastic and is well aligned with our homeowner's roofing parameters.      This organization is a class act. You cannot ask for better service, pricing, consulting or virtually any assistance related to product. I was overwhelmed by their care, concern and professionalism on every front.     I will, and have, recommended them to a number of friends needing exterior care. I hope they thrive as service is the key to customer satisfaction and this company has all aspects of service covered!"

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Rifle, CO

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
