"Why do drains only clog when you have company coming in from out of town? My back was against the wall! Thankfully Mr. Rooter understood the urgency of the situation and was knocking at my door within two hours. The technician, Micah S., didn't just "assume" what was causing the problem but conducted a thorough inspection of the lines inside and outside the house. He showed me the cause of the problem, suggested a couple of options, we agreed on a price, and he got straight to work. When finished he used his camera to show all the lines were clear, cleaned up after himself, and thanked me for choosing Mr. Rooter. I highly recommend this company! "
