"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. "The project that was designed and complete by Best builders group contained a full kitchen renovation that started with the demolishing of the old kitchen, moving a wall that expanded the living room and the kitchen by additional of 10 feet and designing a new layout of the new kitchen and then to build the new kitchen with all new kitchen upper and lower cabinets, an island with sink, adding all new appliances, removing the wall that connected the kitchen with the living room and build a half wall that served as a bar and serving dishes spot when we have guests or family over, and last thing was to build an a wet bar that was kind of extension to the back of the house. At the end of the work and after we spent so much time with Zohar and his people and workers, we can write that we had a great experience with them. They absolutely delivered all what they said and promised, when they said they will and for the price they gave us. The working teams of Best builders group were friendly and professional during the whole work at the house. We were very fascinated by their productivity and the hours they worked in order to finish the project quickly as they could and without any mistakes. As this was our first major renovation, we felt sometimes some worried about the communication with the workers, but after a short time, things generally went smoothly. "Foothill Painting was very professional in responding to our original inquiry, we arranged a visit to obtain an estimate, and Joe came out, as scheduled, to size up the job.  Joe was very helpful in answering our questions and providing his opinions/advice as appropriate.  We received a formal estimate shortly thereafter in the mail and via email.  We had Joe come out one more time to ask him a few more questions since, at that point, we had narrowed down the remaining bids and, based on the discussions with various painting contractors, had additional concerns to sort out. The end result of the meeting with Joe was awarding Foothill Painting the job.

We decided on the colors, with some help from Joe, and scheduled the job. The painters (two of them) arrived as scheduled and worked on the project for the next 3-4 days, prepping first, then priming, then painting.  The stucco on our home had never been painted and it is a very rough finish, so much effort was required to insure that all surfaces were fully painted.  Joe would come by every morning to insure that all necessary supplies were on hand, to provide any directions for the day, and to address any questions, concerns, issues that might come up. The painters would pick up after themselves at the end of every day.

The one area for improvement, from our experience, would be a little more attention to prep work, as it relates to holes and rough surfaces (needing filling and sanding before priming), particular on the wood surfaces.  Joe's help in getting the small issues that surfaced resolved in a timely manner was much appreciated. He was a good listener and did his best to make us happy!

The staff in the office was professional, friendly and efficient throughout our entire experience with Foothill Painting. This was true from our original call, through scheduling visits, providing estimates, sending out invoices, and ending the process with a Thank You card for our business.  Well done!!
