"The guy was nice enough, but the work was scheduled for Friday, June 13 at 8 am; he didn?t show up until 9 am. He stopped working around 3 pm and said he would come back at 9 am on Saturday; he didn?t arrive until about noon. A storm came up at 2 pm, stopping his work. He waited for a while then said he would come back on Monday. He also left materials and tools on my lawn, which I had to move on Sunday so that I could cut the lawn. Finally, the completed job was done haphazardly; the tops of the pickets are not straight, unlike the original fence. See the attached photo?the section with new pickets (far left) is straight, but the one next to it with old pickets is not; the section on the middle right is not straight, and the section with the new and old pickets (far right) is straight. I had specifically asked him to straighten the tops, and he never did."

"They people I dealt with were very nice , however the services were less than satisfactory. I would never call this company again. I was moving to a new home, we had a closing and I notified them of a time change so as not to make them wait on us to close. We scheduled the movers for 11 am, I spoke with a gentleman named Lee. Thought all was a go and we would see them at 11 on Oct 1. We returned on Oct 1 from closing on the house and excited and ready to move.... No show at 11 am, I called Lee at that time he told me the movers were on another job and hadn't finished it up yet..... would be in the next hour or so..... by 1230 , I was beginning to get anxious regarding time to move... They showed up at home to move us at 240 pm!!!!!!! This was unacceptable but what was I to do? Had to have help moving? In the process the movers were nice, however, very unorganized and it took them forever to break down beds, refrig etc... They dented up my stainless steel frig and broke my wooden floor with a piece of furniture. They were still there at my home at 6 pm that night... my husband gave them the money they were owed and then had them go on and leave being charged 85 dollars per hour after the first two .... we were afraid at the pace they were going we would have too much invested in the trainwreck that had ensued.... They left close to 7 pm and my husband called a friend and they moved the rest of our furniture, TV's and things throughout the night...... which by the way , they left moving blankets at our residence and dollies!!!! All I can say is WOW , what an outfit! Never again!"

"Terrific! Had to move A LOT of heavy furniture to Utah. Best deal in town. These guys were really good too.. Everything went as they said. Price was way less than others in town were, and I called many. If ever I need this kinda move done I'll use New planet"
