It was only after I demanded a refund and informed him I had to hire someone else that he finally replied, claiming he was "on vacation." I then asked for a partial refund and he said the 80% paid was fair as removing the lights and cleannig the gutters around the house would cost $ 100. This deceptive behaviour confirms what other negative reviews have highlighted. He will offer a good deal, take most of your money and then ignore you. Save your money and hire a professional who actually values their reputation."
