At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"I hired Economic Pro Construction for a full flat roof replacement. Initially, a tech (i think) quoted me $7,000 after the inspection. I made it clear that I wanted a new roof, not a repair, and asked them to account for all potential extras upfront so I wouldn?t be surprised by additional costs. After this request, they revised my quote to $12,500, a significant increase from the original estimate. I accepted, assuming this covered everything. Once work started?literally just after peeling up the flat roofing?the owner informed me that my shingles and chimney needed additional work for an extra $3,200. The problem? These issues were completely visible from the start. These were not hidden problems uncovered mid-project; they should have been included in my initial quote. After my complaint, I was offered a $1,200 discount, which was a standard new customer offer from their website and should have been automatically included from the start. Work is good, poor professionalism."
