"T. was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wanted a specific color (blue) to match trim on house.....that wasn't possible, nothing T. did. The paint was the trouble. T. was honest and offered options. We selected grey which T. painted himself. Very happy with the choice. He also completed the siding all the way down to where the doors are (not done by prior owners), and replaced damaged siding unrelated to door replacement. He worked meticulously. "Everything with Jamar went great--  In a nutshell, we renovated our home with another company four years ago and over time have learned that some projects were poorly completed.  One example is the Hardie plank installation on the outside of our home.  After a windy storm, some planks were beginning to fall off one side of the house.  I called Jim because I saw their website showed them as Hardie plank specialists, and Jamar had great reviews.  He came over and inspected the damage, made recommendations, and he and his coworker Mario came over on a Saturday to complete the job.  The house looks fantastic now with the secured planks, i.e. no more planks installed wavy like the ocean on the sides of our house!  More importantly, my family is safe and can walk around the property again without worrying about potentially falling planks.   <br> <br>Jim also quoted for replacing several new windows, and I liked how he gave me all the options without being pushy about anything.  The windows arrived right on schedule and were installed in a day, just as Jim promised.   It has been a week since installation, and we are enjoying our beautiful new windows. <br>  <br>Customer-service-wise, Jamar was outstanding.  From quote to finish, Jim and his team were personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and capable.   Everyone answered my questions and exhibited positive can-do attitudes during the work day.  From talking with them, I can tell that they actually care about their work and take great care in their workmanship.  Also, they listened to my concerns and addressed them.  For example, I was worried about construction debris in the bedroom and dining room and workers walking all over the house, since we have white carpets, furniture, etc. in those areas that windows were being removed/installed.  Jim and Greg made sure to cover my floors and furniture, and they worked hard to keep all the work sites clean.  Also, my family just adopted a cat and I was worried she would get out with workers coming in and out of the house.  Greg was really nice and kept an eye on her to make sure she stayed inside.  It's the small things like this that I really appreciated.  <br> <br>I was very pleased with Jamar, both their people and products, and I would definitely hire them again. <br> <br> <br>"

"I wanted to install french doors in a walkway in my house in lead of the holidays. I contacted Serenity, as I had seen their vans driving around. Anthony (the owner) was very attentive to the project and came by the following day to scope it out. Over the next few days, Anthony contacted several distributors for french doors to ensure we were making the right selection and at the right price. Once the doors arrived at the house about a week later, Anthony and his team installed the door, re-established all the molding and painted everything. During this project, Anthony and his team were incredibly tidy and respectful to others as we still work from home and have children. Overall, the job was done flawlessly from both a technical execution and also from a customer experience perspective. I strongly recommend Serenity and will work with them again."

"I had 4 potential contractors come to the house to view the job and provide a quote. Daniels bid fell in the middle price wise but he seemed knowledgeable and cared about the his work. Daniel's crew was hired to perform three tasks, repair parts of the floor, repair a step, and refinish the floors. All of which came out beautifully. I am still in awe of how a once hideous step is now one of my favorite features of the house. The only negative I can point out is that his crew did leave a bit of a mess. A garbage bag was left on the front porch, masks were left hanging invarious parts of the house, and the bathroom that they were using was not left in the greatest condition. I am still trying to get whatever it is they left in the sink out. Overall we are thrilled with the job they did, and would recommend them or consider them for other work in the future. <br />"
