We also scope sewer lines and clean dryer vents!! Contract holders for the City of ABQ. and Kirtland AFB.

"Well, this is embarrassing. I looked up cleaning my dryer vent so I could do it myself. The more I read, the more I thought "I'm not doing this!". I thought I'd have to go up on my roof. I made an appointment with Duct Worx. They showed up early (they called first). As soon as they pulled out the dryer, they called me in to see it. They told me they could still do it if I wanted, but the vent goes right out the side of my wall! They lowered the price, so I asked them to go ahead since they already had the dryer pulled out. Good thing I did. When he went to put the METAL plate back on the outlet, it sparked. He informed me there shouldn't have been a metal plate there, so he threw it out for me. They also told me where the dryer should be positioned in order to avoid hitting the gas outlet. They were honest, friendly, professional, and I don't have a single complaint. I will, of course, do it myself from now on, but I will call them to check out my a/c ductwork in the future."

"They used to be very good at customer service and they've gone down a deep dark pit. I have a roller shade that was at one time covered under a lifetime warranty. Now, all of the sudden, it's not covered any longer. How does that happen? I guess their definition of lifetime is 1 year. They claim that certain aspects of the material are prone to deterioration, but how do they know what's happening when they didn't have the decency to investigate the matter? I tried to explain my side but they chose to ignore me. Amanda took two weeks to get back with me in the first place (after several calls and no return calls), and Jessica another week to send me an email after I questioned it (after several calls). I will report them to Costco who I purchased it through, but I have no other recourse. Oh, they are more than willing to help me...As long as I pay. Once they have your money, it's over.
