"This is the second time I hired Electric Connection. Again, I was very please with their work. They added a ceiling fan in my living room with recessed LED lighting, a light fixture over my dining room table as well as removed flurorescent lights in the kitchen and added recessed LED lighting with a couple of pendent lights over the breakfast bar. They also replaced other existing recessed lighting with the LED to match the newly installed lighting. "Jeff responded quickly and was able to come out the same morning to help see why all the lights were flickering throughout my house. He suggested I call Edison first so that if the issue was on their end, I may end up saving time and money. This was the first sign that he runs an honest company. Because I was worried about the issue, I asked him to come over anyway and he did within an hour. He carefully looked at the fuse box and did some tests and then explained in layman's terms what the possible issues could be. As things looked good on our end, he looked at the power lines running to the house and estimated the issue may be on Edison's side. I had called Edison in the meantime and they were going to send someone out, but they could not give me a timeframe of when to expect a tech. Jeff said he would not charge me for his time, but I wanted to obviously, so he kindly offered to accept the payment for the time he was there. The next day, Jeff called to see if the issue was resolved. I told him Edison still had not sent anyone and Jeff offered to call Edison for me! That is service. I said I would gladly take him up on that if the tech didn't come out in the next day. Fortunately, a tech finally arrived the next day and they found the cause was a bad connection on the wire. Overall, Jeff was very professional, kind, amazing follow up and service. Would definitely recommend to anyone! <br />"

He saved me the cost of replacing the service panel by moving breakers around to undamaged portions of the bus bar. Very happy with the result."

"I found Suncrest here on Angie's List. I called Suncrest and Troy Turner returned my call right away. Troy informed me that he doesn't give free estimates but charges $175.00. I agreed and Try one his staff came out and used surveying equipment to map the terrain of my yard. The also dug test holes and did some other tests. They also inspected the old system and found it completely blocked. It was probably blocked for years but the drought hid the problem.They were here for about two hours. Tryouts went back designed the system and sent me the bid. The $175.00 was credited to the final bill.They scheduled the work for May 11 and they arrived on time and went to work. It took about 5 hours but they did a beautiful job installing and cleaning up. I couldn't be happier. My old system had 1 small drain and the new system has 5. The best thing is they are all in the right places thanks to finding the actual low spots. I can't recommend Suncrest highly enough."
