"James did a phenomenal job on our carpets. Our carpets are 14 years old and the products and process he used brightened and cleaned them better than anyone else has ever done. He came in and assessed the damage/condition (we had some previous pet and high traffic areas) before he started. He has a light that illuminates and distinguishes types, locations and severity of stains. He then gave us multiple options for dealing with them. We have a German Shepherd that sheds buckets of hair daily and James triple vacuumed every single room 3 times before he even started cleaning.While working and when he finished cleaning, he brought his fans in to help dry the carpets faster. He was kind enough to leave them overnight because he lived close by. I’m disabled with a compromised immune system and multiple chronic conditions as is my daughter, so this was really going the extra mile. Additionally, he left a message letting us know we should move our coffee table to make sure it dried properly underneath. Very genuine and personable. Five star service! "I called the day on Thursday, got a few details and asked if they could detail my car on Friday.  We set up an appointment at 2pm at my house.  (Cool, points for availability).  I had some errands to do on Friday but thought I could do them and make the 2pm.  At 1:50pm I got a call from them saying that I was late for my 1:30pm appointment.  I explained that the appointment was for 2pm and that I would be there in 5 minutes.  I arrived at 1:55pm and they started detailing my car.
I went in the house to wait.  I checked on them a couple of times and it seemed that they had teams of people that specialized in different things because I saw different faces each time.  After 2 hours, they rang my door bell to let me know that they were done.  I examined the car and my first impression was that it looked like it had just been driven off the car lot.  Looked great. 
When I looked a little closer I found a few issues.  First, the front window was badly streaked.  I mentioned it and they immediately started working on it.  I then noticed that the head lamps had not been cleaned.  They said that they would work on it but to really do it right I would need to purchase an additional package where they buffed the head lamps clean.  I thought that I was paying a premium for the detailing service and expected this to be a part of the package but apparently not.  (Negative points).
I paid them the money, signed some paperwork and prepared to drive my car into the garage.  I then noticed that I was missing my foot mats.  Luckily, they were still in the driveway and I asked them about them.  The guy said that they had put them aside so that they could dry and had forgot to put them back.  He said that they were still wet and suggested that I leave them out so that I didn't develop mold in my car.  He then got in the van and left.  I examined the foot mats and immediately realized that they weren't wet.  In fact, they were dusty and had never been cleaned.  Disappointing!
So, overall I was happy with how the car turned out.  The car looks great.  I have never had my car detailed before so I am not sure about my level of expectation.  I did ask around and a few friends mentioned $200 for detailing.  I had one friend that had a groupon for an $80 detailing.  For the price I paid, I expected very minor issues.  I didn't like that the guy lied to me about the foot mats and the head lamp cleaning should have been part of the service. Otherwise, I am happy with the service.  The next time I detail my car, I will try a different detailer just to see if this is par for the course or that I should have demanded more.

"Very high quality work.  The concrete trail is wide enough and level enough to easily ride on and harvest my fruit trees.  I have received numerous compliments about the quality of the cocrete handicapped ramp in front of the house.  His workers cleaned up after themselves, trimmed my trees, and made my yard look pretty.
Ramon is a very easy guy to work with and takes extra time to figure out what would work for you, like putting up wooden railings that don't get too hot instead of metal.  He is also very creative in coming up with solutions to unusual problems.  They do great indoor work and remodeling too.
Do - be explicit about your needs, what you want, and special requests.  Also make sure you are clear about when you need it done by.  Ask for a written estimate and discuss how the finalbill may be somewhat different so there are no unhappy surprises."
