The tiles were not overlapping or nailed properly. After a long discussion he offered to fix the leak, and several bad spots, or do the whole roof. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the decision easy. He would complete whatever choice we made, to our satisfaction. We chose the new roof and that was the best decision we could have made. His team started at 7:00am, on the day we chose, and were cleaning up by 2:00pm. We had a new roof and it looks wonderful!! We could not have made a better choice."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
