I work by myself and if there is something I am not equiped to do, I hire professionals that I trust. On bigger projects I always ask for 1/2 down plus a signed contract. I do enjoy what I do and make sure it is done right. I am very detail oriented. I like to make sure I like the finished project along with the owners.
