"Ryan Seminario/Black Iron Construction installed a sliding door package in our living room. It was difficult to find someone willing to do a smaller project but Ryan was totally on board. This project required installing a header and re-constructing the wall to fit the doors, putting up drywall, sanding and texturing the wall and putting up new siding on the outside. He did a beautiful job! He paid attention to detail and got everything right. He is very good about communicating. Especially when he will be on site and what he will be working on. When he wasn't comfortable doing the wiring needed for our project, he was honest and upfront with me. We worked together and found an electrician to do it. He put up a plastic wall around the work area and cleaned the work area at the end of each day. I really appreciated that! I highly recommend Black Iron Construction for any project."

"I have actually had Gary do work on my home twice, and I wouldn't have anyone else come over. He is awesome!  The first time he came it was to put up railings on my new patio steps.  His bid was 1/4 the cost of the other bid I got, which was awesome. His work was perfect.  PERFECT!  He did the work himself, and he is exceptional at what he does.   <br /> I had him come back to put in a fence a year later.  The cost was pretty high, but he guarantees his product for 50 years, and explained why his product is superior to that used by cheaper fence materials.  I was hesitant when on the day of install Gary did not show up. He had his crew do the entire install, and Gary came by the work site a few times to check on things.  As the group of installers were really young guys, I wasn't sure what I was going to get.  I didn't need to worry. As soon as everything was dried out Bronson came in and installed the water heater so I'd have hot water. They built a platform for my washer and dryer, reinstalled my water softener, washer and dryer, laid the flooring in the kitchen and replace all the appliances. They saved me enough money that I was able to have them tear out the living room carpet and have them put the laminate flooring there also.
