Always asked our approval before going ahead with a decision. We really appreciated that. We asked him to do some work on our chain link fence and add a double gate and a single gate. "UPDATE: Mike was to come back and seal the fence. He did not do this nor did he return any phone calls or emails about this. Very Disappointing. I guess we shouldn't have paid him the full amount until he came back and sealed the fence. Mike's pricing was a little bit higher but due to the customer service he gave compared to the other larger companies we are having him do the fence and are signing the contract tonight. We are very impressed with him. thank you!"
