"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

While trimming our big oaks, he was careful to paint the spots where he'd removed branches to prevent oak wilt from infiltrating our trees. When cutting of a particularly large branch, Terry would tie it off so that it could be safely lowered with a rope by his helper to avoid damage to our deck or its railings. "A wide variety of tasks was completed by this provider.  I first hired him on to do some water damage repair for my leaking skylight. He had to repair sheetrock and then match the popcorn ceiling and repaint the whole ceiling of my kitchen.  He did a great job on this and the price was so reasonable that I hired him for further work.  He has stained our deck, removed cabinents in our kitchen and bathroom, and installed a dishwasher as well, which required him to cut into existing cabinents and completely install a new dishwasher into the space.  His prices have always been so good, and the quality of work and timeliness of jobs are spot on.  He also always does a nice job of cleaning up his work area after finished.  Very friendly and easy to work with."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "Sean did the job very well from start to finish, informed me of what to expect and it was done sooner than expected. The door that was on my garage was more than 30 years old and was a non standard size (15 feet wide) and required a special order for the new door. When the new door came he called to set up a time to do the work and he did it at the time we agreed on in spite of a snow storm arriving then. He removed the old door and tracks and installed the new and got it all adjusted beautifully. He left nothing behind that should not have been there and the door works very well."
