Get matched with top roof sealant application pros in River-ranch, FL

"Personable and friendly, the owners of Sun State Roofing answered ALL of our questions. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we are so thankful for their service. Until they cleaned the roof, we didn't know that there were several holes from hurricane Milton which needed to be repaired. But now the roof has been patched and sealed; it is ready for Florida weather! With the new paint sealant, it looks spectacular. Sun State Roofing went above and beyond the "required" service. Thanks Sun State!"

"We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. You can rely on their promises and it was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them for roofing work."

"Hired them to put a sealant on my metal awning roof on my back porch. They came and were proficient at doing the job and promised that if there were any leaks, they would come back and correct them. I had a couple leaks about a month after they came back and applied some tape on the underside to stop the leaks. This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."

"Very good! They showed up on time, did the job for the price that they said, and I had no issue with them."

"I would work with them for future roofing services. They did everything from the beginning to the end of my roof installation job and it's the best roof in my block. Amazing crew and excellent artistry."

"Owner was extremely polite and knowledgeable during the time of the estimate. Quickly diagnosed the source of the issues in less time than several other contractors who came to the same conclusions. Price was very competitive, crew was on-site before expected time, did a super job with the repairs and left the area very clean. Didn't waste anytime at all fixing the problem which was causing inside damage to my interior walls. Very pleased with the professionalism, courteousness and overall pleasant experience. Will definitely consider them 1st for any other roof repair or replacement. Very happy!"

"As a General Contractor I need to always provide the best services to my clients. And for all my roofing service Sunrise is the only option. Quality work, fair price, honesty and transparency. Highly recommended!!"

"Really great job...he needs a a promotion for such a great job"

"Jim Curry and Kevin were punctual and helpful. Price was a bit over what I think the job should have been done for, but to expedite the job prior to the rainy season, we had them do it, and it was done when they said they would. I can not vouch for the quality of the shingle job, but I assume they did it correctly- we shall see in the coming months of rains... the flat roof I was not happy with, though. The original quote was to pressure wash the roof, then install 3 coats of the rubberized coating. I saw the installer on the roof, and it was not pressure washed. Jim said that it was due to the fact that there were all these little pieces sticking up, which I assumed would be removed by the pressure washing. Jim said that they were part of the underlay, and to pressure wash them would be a problem; I agreed, but this should have been brought up prior to quoting the job so that we could have come up with another solution. Now I have a roof that may be waterproof, but will catch all the dirt in these little crevices that have been permanently imbedded in the rubber. Also, they were only going to put one coat on, when the quote said 3 coats; when I mentioned this, Kevin said that he would come back the next day, and put on a second coat, which he did. The third coat was not done- they assured me that only 1 coat was needed, but put the second coat on anyway, which is probably true. My only problem with them is the discrepancy between what they quoted and what was done, hence the B for quality and professionalism- time will tell if either roof leaks. I would definitely use them again, but would talk a bit more about what was to be done, and how they intended to do the job."

"Done in two days instead of the expected three.  The owner was on site at 5am the first day to make sure he could place the trash trailer in place as soon as we left for work, and was very approachable when questioned arose.  Weather delays were the only issue with regard to the crew showing up to do the work, but once they started they kept working until the job was done.  The end result was A BEAUTIFUL roof under which we feel very comfortable.  They even made sure there were no holes to allow squirrel access by blocking any they found.  We will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace and/or repair their roof.
