"The job went pretty good. The only glitch is the guys that installed were not updated, or aware of a boundary line adjustment discussed between the primary company liaison and myself. Hence, when they installed they did so according to original paperwork. :( However, after I contacted the company about the matter, and spoke with my liason, even though an entire fence side needed to be adjusted _ they were willing to do so. The overall workmanship and services otherwise were good, so a tip was given in lite of the day they had to come out and adjust the fence. It was worth it all."

Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. "When I got an email from a lady from the company, saying that I owed them $90 more. Then I contacted Angie's List and they sent me a form to fill out and I rated them. This is what really surprised me. When I talked to the customer service agent, Wanda, and she said that there are some handymen that do yard work. Then she had a company and a phone number. So I said this is what I want done. I want the lilies and I have 6 ornamental grass that I want cut down to the ground. I have a crepe myrtle tree, I want that area cleaned out and I will provide the mulch. I want the debris hauled away as well. The lady called me Wednesday, and I tried to go over that and she said no. She said the guy will be here at 1:30. I told her I didn't have the mulch and I would have to get that. The guy came and he did not have 1 lawn tool, which really surprised me. He said he would pull the lilies by hand. You cant pull that stuff by hand. So then there was time wasted there. He then said that he was gonna have to go and pick up a hedge clipper or something. He was gone for over half an hour. So there was another 35 or 45 minutes of time wasted. He came back and he had 4 big bags, I had 4 big bags, so a total of 8 bags. I told the lady on the phone that you're gonna haul away the debris. She said that it would be an extra charge. I didn't understand that there would be. The guy said he would be back in the morning to pick up the bags. The hole thing was clouded. He was taking breaks, phone breaks so he was just wasting time. They did wave the $90 fee."
