My family and I went out of the country while the kitchen renovations were done and Lawrence took care of everything for us. He was super easy to get in contact with when we needed him or had any questions. He honestly went above and beyond for us and I loved how transparent he was about the job along the way. I've worked with other contractors in the past that weren't so honest and it was such a nice experience this time around. Emily was our project coordinator and designer and kept us updated daily on what was happening. We were always in communication with her and she overlooked our shopping list of all appliances so nothing was missed on our installation dates. After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
