He initially provided us with a free walkthrough estimate of our entire house to include some couches and rugs in addition to the carpets that needed care. He was very thorough and provided a reasonable estimate for the cleaning. It took me a few months to pull the trigger on utilizing his services but I am beyond pleased that I did! But I’m glad I went along with it. I got a great deal from mike and excellent price. Jose F was the gentleman who worked really really hard and I was watching how detailed and thorough his work was. Jose worked nonstop and was a polite professional person. I asked a few questions and he explained the process well.
