"The guys came out within a day or two of my initial call and spent quite a bit of time explaining what they would do. They were patient and seemed very knowledgeable. Their solution involved routing the exhaust through the garage and garage attic and out the roof, which would be much more attractive and less subject to weather extremes than routing the exhaust pipe along the exterior of the house. After I gave them the go ahead, they were able to schedule the work within 1-2 weeks. They arrived on time and were very efficient, finishing a little earlier than I had expected. "The inspector and the quality of the inspection report were absolutely professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the inspector was available to answer questions after the report was provided. We did have some unnecessary drama with the subcontractor that was to do the radon test that Domicile arranged, which is the only reason I gave them a B for professionalism. We ended up using another company to do the radon test, but the drama caused an unnecessary delay.
