"Steve was prompt in returning my call and setting up a time to come out and give an estimate. His timeframe yo start the projects were in a short timeframe which is something that’s hard to find anymore. He replaced and painted 2 window sills that had water damage, repaired the bathroom ceiling along with nail pops in the bedroom. It was a last minute decision for us to replace a fan and he was more than happy to take care of the install. The work was thorough, prices were very reasonable and the projects were completed within the timeframe give. I could not have been more pleased and am already referring him out to others. Steve will definitely be in my speed dial whenever I need anything done."

"Harold is a thief. He took $14,000 in cash from me for a deposit to remodel my basement and then outright failed to show up for the job as planned. He later explained he was/is going through personal issues and so I asked for the money back and to cancel the job entirely since he had not started after 6 weeks of having my money. He confessed that he spent it all and didn?t have it. I offered him to repay me with a credit card, or weekly installments, or even to start/finish the job, but he has now ignored all texts and calls. He is clearly a con man. I have filed a police report for the theft and filed a lawsuit. Do NOT under any circumstances use Harold Mas for anything. "

Calling or texting the customer 30 minutes before arrive and letting the customer know when leaving the job always clean up and dispose of all debris. Customers always telling me about my many talents and skills for making the small jobs easier. The big jobs you take the time with the customer being patient showing them the progress each day. Customers can not do any physical work with the handyman. Focusing on customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and affordable prices, Bryan now offers his construction expertise to customers throughout the NJ, NY, and PA area. "Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job ! They were courteous & cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I'll be calling Bryan's again. A+"
